Abstract

The exploration extends to the classification of rights based on moral, legal, positive, negative, real, and personal perspectives, illustrating the complex nature of rights within societal frameworks. Additionally, the article examines the existence of a standard in society to measure human actions, emphasizing individual responsibility for moral actions and the duty of the state and citizens to protect, cherish, and promote ethical principles, which serve as the ethical foundations for the global concept of human rights.
