It discusses the unique language, traditions, and political aspirations of the Cornish, shedding light on their struggle for autonomy and representation. The author examines the transformation of the Duchy of Cornwall from a 'territorial possession' to a private estate exempt from the Freedom of Information Act. It questions the implications for Cornish history and identity, highlighting the lack of transparency and legal challenges surrounding the Duchy's authority.
