Originado de décadas de liderazgo visionario del Dr. Rudolph Rÿser y el Center for World Indigenous Studies, el TPIN presenta una visión de la justicia basada en la soberanía Indígena, la memoria colectiva y los marcos jurídicos decoloniales. Estas contribuciones cuestionan críticamente las deficiencias del derecho internacional en la protección de los Pueblos Indígenas, ilustran el desarrollo de mecanismos jurídicos alternativos y proponen un futuro de justicia global con respuestas al daño sistémico centradas en la reparación, con fundamento cultural e impulsadas por la comunidad.
