Abstract

In this transcript of Dr. Rÿser’s remarks made before the US Department of the Interior’s Secretarial Commission on Indian Trust Administration and Reform, held in Seattle, Washington, on Feb 13, 2003, Dr. Rÿser examines historical and contemporary trust relationships between states and indigenous nations.
