Resumen
This review by Rudolph C. Rÿser critically examines the historical evolution of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples from 1994 to its adoption in 2013. Drawing on Charmaine White Face’s historical analysis, the review emphasizes how modifications particularly affected indigenous peoples’ rights to self-determination and autonomy.
